Send notices including (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the vyBeam URL of the allegedly infringing video, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
Counter-notification (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If your video was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, submit a counter-notification from the video's edit page in Creator Studio. It must include your name and address, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was erroneous, and consent to federal court jurisdiction. Unless the claimant files a court action, removed material is eligible for restoration in 10–14 business days.
